Toudou Academy

Toudou Academy was founded early in the meigi era as a a school to integrate what is said to be many hundreds or even thousands of different fighting styles. The fighting styles become factions, and have now changed into groups. Currently there are 96 different groups. The Executive Council was formed to unite and mediate between the various groups. In the election tournament the victorious group is immediatley named the Executive Council and someone from within the group is elected president.
