The Natsume Family (棗家) is one of the Red Feathers of the 12 Founding Families. They are the guardians of the ceremonial blade Reiki. One of their branch families are the Enmi Family.
For many generations the Natsume Family has produced many unusual people. The abilities differ from person to person. The body and spirit that is the birth right of the Natsume Family. They practice the martial arts.
Powers and abilities[]
The unique power that is passed down through their family is the Dragon's Eye.
Aya Natsume has shown in Chapter #5 the past her ability to have these sorts of glimpses (referring seeing scenes of the past) called Dragon's Eye.
Etymology[]
- The surname Natsume means "jujube" (棗).
- Ziziphus jujuba, commonly called jujube, red date, Chinese date, is a species of Ziziphus in the buckthorn family.
